St. Timothy Missionary Baptist Church of Cleveland, Ohio seeks a Senior Pastor to lead an approximately 500 member, multigenerational,
predominantly African American congregation, located in the Urban Center of Cleveland. The requirements for this full-time position are: a
licensed and ordained minister with at least 3 years of ministerial leadership experience in a medium to large congregational setting; and
a degree from a nationally accredited college or seminary. The Senior Pastor responsibilities include preaching, teaching, discipleship
training, conducting worship services, funerals, weddings, and strategic leadership and planning through ministry teams and organizations.
The congregation seeks a Shepherd who has character that reflects the love of Jesus with empathy and compassion, who embraces a vision for
the body of Christ and the ability to engage others in the achievement of common goals, and who has a heart for social justice, community
outreach, and children/youth engagement. St. Timothy is affiliated with the National Baptist Convention USA Inc.
